This means that when you communicate, be extra careful what you say and how you say not to cause any miscommunication and misunderstanding. You cannot help others not being careful or not making mistakes, but at least on your end, you can do pre-cautions.

Mobile network disorder, email undelivered, etc, anything related to communication should be taken extra care during this period. Better not to seek out a lot, not for the time for hunting and any new adventures. Also if you want to make any decisions, better to do so after this period, after all the possible confusions and disruption.
