Emotional pain is invisible but manifests as physical stiffness, tension, pain, and discomfort.

Massage provides temporary relief and often does not solve the root problem. Continuous strong massage can damage the muscles, making them rigid like over-stretched rubber. If you are experiencing stiffness, tension, or pain, come to see us for treatment as it is also related to your emotions and your mental status.

The physical body and the energy body accumulate various emotions, energy, stress, trauma, and toxins, which cannot be removed solely through talking therapies or counselling. Vice Versa, emotions, stress, and trauma stored in the body cannot be resolved just through massage. It needs to be approached from both physical and emotional methods.

Everyone experiences stress and trauma to some degree. Even small things can leave a significant negative impact depending on the individual. When someone experiences a negative impact or shock, it remains imprinted/engraved as stagnant emotions/energies/memories in the physical or energy body. It can lead to various mental and physical issues or difficult life situations. If left unresolved, these emotions and energy can lead to troubles, diseases or conditions like dementia.

Stiffness, tension, and pain may sometimes have physical causes, but emotionally and energetically, they can be considered manifestations of stress and trauma. Additionally, absorbing spiritual or external energy can infiltrate the physical and energy body, causing problems like stiff shoulders, back tension, leg heaviness, or lower back pain.

You can experience the benefits of an integrated session combining talking therapy/Counselling and bodywork. This effective treatment method is designed to improve the health of the mind, body, energy body, thoughts, and emotions through bodywork and counselling/talking. Together with the therapist, you will work on releasing these energies. The trauma and emotional release methods incorporate techniques used to treat PTSD in military personnel.

Even if your goal is not trauma or stress release, you can join if you wish to improve circulation, enhance energy flow, release worry, exercise, lose weight, or change your reality.

Examples of stress and trauma include:

  • Scolding, corporal punishment, neglect, bullying, or abuse from parents or caregivers in childhood, and school bullying.
  • Negative impacts from parental divorce, arguments, silent treatment, or abusive relationships.
  • Negative physical, emotional, and mental effects from accidents, injuries, illness, or surgery.
  • Redundancy, sexual harassment, domestic violence, discrimination or bullying.
  • Unwanted sexual experiences, abuse, rape, or heartbreak.
  • Verbal abuse or neglect.
  • Growing up in environments of alcoholism, gambling, poverty, unemployment, frequent relocations, institutionalization, or having parents in prison/psychiatric facilities.
  • Losing a parent or sibling in childhood, stepfamilies, remarriage, or half-siblings.
  • Gaslighting or abuse by narcissists, sociopaths, or psychopaths.
  • Racism or sexism.

Session outline (Example of a standard session):

  • 15 minutes of consultation/counselling.
  • Light exercises to correct body misalignment.
  • Bodywork (similar to massage) to detoxify trauma, stagnant emotions, and energy.
  • Exercises (like stretching) to detoxify trauma, stagnant emotions, and energy.
  • Emotional release work based on EMDR for trauma and negative emotions (not suitable for people with retinal detachment, so please inform us in advance).
  • Calming work (similar to meditation) that engages the nervous system.

    You do not have to share your experiences if you don’t want to. You can talk about whatever you are comfortable with. Sharing can contribute to detoxification and awareness.

Cancellation & Changes Policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and those made within 24 hours incur a 100% fee. Sessions can be switched to online if you are unable to attend in person, though in-person is recommended for bodywork.

What to Bring/Wear:
– Water, and a towel if you tend to sweat.
– Comfortable, loose clothing.
– If possible, wear a tank top or similar clothing that exposes the shoulders.
– Since we will be reviewing the before-and-after changes, please take photos if you have any skin conditions, or prepare any comparable materials such as results from blood tests, MRI, or CT scans you may have taken.”
